5-Day Diet Plan, Monday to Friday: Five Dinners, One Shop

A 5-day diet plan in the plain sense of the words: a five-day meal plan of weekday dinners, one grocery shop, and a rule for the leftovers. No calorie target and no weight-loss promise. The running order comes from the FDA storage chart, which puts raw fish and ground meat early in the week and eggs at the end of it.

Key Takeaways

  • One weekend shop covers five weekday dinners. The order of the days is not a preference: it follows the FDA storage chart, which gives raw fish and raw ground meat 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator and cooked poultry dishes 3 to 4 days.
  • Roast the chicken the day you buy it. Raw chicken parts get 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator; once cooked to 165 F the same meat gets 3 to 4 days, and that is the whole trick that lets one oven session feed Monday and Wednesday.
  • Fish goes early in the week and nowhere else. Lean fish and fatty fish both sit at 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator on the same chart.
  • Ground meat goes into the freezer on the way home and moves to the refrigerator the morning before you cook it. Raw ground meat is 1 to 2 days refrigerated and 3 to 4 months frozen.
  • Friday is eggs, because eggs in the shell keep 3 to 5 weeks and cannot be the thing that spoils at the end of the week.
  • Leftovers are part of the plan, not an accident: cooked meat dishes, soups and stews all keep 3 to 4 days, so Monday dinner is Tuesday lunch by design.

You want to know what to eat Monday through Friday, and you want to buy it once. That is a narrower question than most meal plans answer, so here is the narrow answer: a grocery list, one cooking session on the weekend, five dinners, and a rule for what happens to what is left in the pan.

This page is about what to eat across five days. If the question you actually came with was how many times a day to eat, that is a different question with a different answer, and it lives on our page about eating five small meals a day. Two things share the number five and nothing else.

If You Searched for a 5-Day Diet Plan, Here Is What This One Is

People type 5 day diet plan for two different reasons, and only one of them ends well here. If you meant "tell me what to eat for the next five days and what to buy for it", this is the page, and everything below is the answer. If you meant "give me a five-day diet that takes weight off", this page is not that and will not pretend to be one.

What this 5-day diet plan is, in one line: five weekday dinners, Monday to Friday, bought in a single shop, part-cooked in one weekend session, with three of the five dinners producing a boxed lunch for the next day. That is the whole scope. It covers the evening meal and what the evening meal leaves behind.

What you get on this pageWhat is deliberately not here
A grocery list for one shop, written for two peopleA calorie number next to each plate
Five dinners in a fixed order, Monday to FridayA weight-loss promise of any size
The reason each dish sits on the day it sits on, taken from the FDA storage chartBanned foods, a detox, or a fasting window
Three weekday lunches built out of the same pansBreakfast, beyond the eggs and yogurt already on the list
How long every cooked dish keeps before it has to goRecipes weighed to the gram, with photographs

The reason for spelling that out is that the word diet carries two meanings and a search box cannot tell them apart. In the older sense a diet is simply what a person eats. In the newer one it is a restriction with a target attached. This 5-day diet plan is the first kind: nothing below is banned, nothing is weighed against a goal weight, and no evening is designed to leave you hungry on purpose.

If you came for the second kind, the honest handover is that the plan and the target are separate jobs. This page can give you the five evenings and the shopping. The target belongs with a doctor or a registered dietitian, who can set it against your own numbers instead of an article's.

The part that most five-day plans skip is the order. They give you five recipes and let you decide which night is which, which is how the fish ends up cooked on Thursday and the chicken sits raw until Tuesday. The order below is decided by a published chart rather than by taste: the FDA Refrigerator and Freezer Storage Chart says how long each raw ingredient and each cooked dish is good for, and once you read those numbers the week arranges itself.

Why This 5-Day Meal Plan Runs in This Order

Two numbers do most of the work. Raw chicken parts keep 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator. Cooked poultry dishes keep 3 to 4 days. Those are the FDA figures from the storage chart, and the gap between them is why the oven runs on the weekend and not on Wednesday night: cooking the chicken buys you two extra days of shelf life on the same piece of meat.

Raw fish is the other constraint. The chart gives lean fish 1 to 2 days and fatty fish 1 to 2 days, the same as raw poultry. So fish cannot wait until the back half of the week unless it goes in the freezer, where the chart allows lean fish 6 to 8 months and fatty fish 2 to 3 months. Raw ground meat is also 1 to 2 days refrigerated against 3 to 4 months frozen, which is why it never sits in the refrigerator for four days in this plan.

Here is the raw side of the chart, the part that decides the running order.

Raw ingredientRefrigeratorFreezer
Chicken or turkey, parts1 to 2 days9 months
Chicken or turkey, whole1 to 2 days1 year
Hamburger and stew meats1 to 2 days3 to 4 months
Ground turkey, veal, pork, lamb1 to 2 days3 to 4 months
Steaks3 to 5 days6 to 12 months
Chops3 to 5 days4 to 6 months
Roasts3 to 5 days4 to 12 months
Lean fish1 to 2 days6 to 8 months
Fatty fish1 to 2 days2 to 3 months
Eggs, fresh in shell3 to 5 weeksDo not freeze
Bacon7 days1 month

Every number in that table is copied from the FDA chart dated March 2018, and the chart carries one caveat worth repeating: freezing at 0 F keeps food safe indefinitely, so the freezer times are about quality, not safety. Refrigerator times are the ones that decide your week.

Read the table from the top and the schedule falls out of it. The two ingredients with the shortest refrigerator life that are not going in the freezer get cooked first. The eggs, with 3 to 5 weeks, get cooked last. Everything in between is carried by dishes that were already cooked once.

The Grocery List for Five Days

This list is written for two people eating dinner five nights, with enough overlap to cover two or three weekday lunches out of the same pans. Halve the proteins for one person and keep the vegetables as they are, because a single onion is not worth a second trip.

SectionWhat to buyWhich day it is for

The last row matters more than it looks. The FDA writes plainly on this: "Plan meals and use shopping lists. Think about what you are buying and when it will be eaten," and it adds the harder instruction, "Avoid impulse and bulk purchases, especially produce and dairy that have a limited shelf life" (FDA, How to Cut Food Waste and Maintain Food Safety). The same page puts a size on the problem: "Between 30 and 40 percent of food in the United States goes uneaten," which it describes as "as much as 20 pounds of food per person per month." A five-day plan is partly a plan for not throwing food out.

USDA says the same thing in one line on Nutrition.gov: "Plan meals before you grocery shop to save time and money."

The Weekend Session: One Shop, One Oven

The session is one oven load and one pot, and it happens on the day you shop or the day after. That timing is not optional: the chicken is on a 1 to 2 day clock from the moment it goes in your refrigerator.

  • Tray one, the chicken. Thighs, onion wedges, carrots and potatoes, oil, salt, paprika. Roast until a thermometer in the thickest part of the meat, away from the bone, reads 165 F. That is the FDA safe minimum internal temperature for poultry of all types, and it is the number that turns a 1 to 2 day ingredient into a 3 to 4 day one.
  • Tray two, the vegetables. Zucchini, broccoli stems, whatever peppers you are not saving for Thursday. Roast alongside the chicken.
  • The pot. Rice or pearl barley, cooked plain and cooled fast in a shallow container rather than left in the pan.
  • The freezer stop. The ground meat goes in the freezer before anything else gets put away. Label it with the date.

Cooling matters as much as cooking. The FDA rule is two hours: store perishable food "within 2 hours of cooking or purchasing," and "Refrigerate within 1 hour if the temperature outside is above 90 F" (FDA, Safe Food Handling). The refrigerator itself should sit at 40 F or below and the freezer at 0 F or below, which the FDA repeats in Are You Storing Food Safely?.

One session, five days. What you keep after that is a record of what you actually ate, which is the part that decides whether the plan is worth repeating. BeCute is the nutrition app we are building for that record, and photo logging is how it will be kept. It is not something you can install yet. Join the early access list and we will write to you the day it opens.

Monday: The Tray You Already Cooked

Monday is a reheat and nothing else, because Monday evening is when plans die. Chicken thighs, roast potatoes and carrots from the weekend tray, plus a head of broccoli steamed while the oven warms the rest. Reheat to 165 F, which the FDA lists as the safe minimum internal temperature for leftovers and casseroles.

Cook a little more than two people eat. The remaining chicken has two jobs this week: Tuesday lunch and Wednesday dinner. Take the Tuesday lunch portion out and box it before you sit down, not after, because the portion you box while you are hungry is the honest one.

Tuesday: Fish, Because the Chart Says Tuesday

Fish is the shortest-lived thing in the refrigerator, so it goes early. Pan-fry or bake the fillets and serve them on the grain you cooked at the weekend, with spinach wilted in the same pan and a squeeze of lemon. Total time at the stove is short because the starch is already done.

The doneness rule for fin fish from the FDA is "145 F or flesh is opaque and separates easily with fork." Two ways to check the same thing, and either is enough.

If your shop was on Saturday rather than Sunday, Tuesday is already day 3 for that fish. In that case, either move the fish to Monday and the tray to Tuesday, or freeze the fillets when you get home and thaw them in the refrigerator on Monday night. Thawing in the refrigerator is one of the three methods the FDA allows, together with cold water and the microwave, and it is the only one that does not force you to cook immediately.

Wednesday: Chicken Again, In a Different Shape

Wednesday is the second appearance of the weekend chicken, and the point is that it should not look like the first one. Pull the meat off the bones, drop it into a pot with stock, an onion, the rest of the carrots and a can of beans, and you have soup rather than a repeat of Monday. Grain from the weekend pot goes in at the end.

Count the days before you do this. Cooked poultry dishes get 3 to 4 days on the FDA chart. Cooked Sunday, Wednesday is day 3 and you are inside the window. Cooked Saturday, Wednesday is day 4 and you are at the edge of it, so the better move is to split the roast chicken on Sunday, freeze half, and thaw it Tuesday night.

Soups and stews, once made, get their own line on the chart: 3 to 4 days refrigerated, 2 to 3 months frozen. So Wednesday night has a use for the extra litre you inevitably make.

Thursday: Ground Meat Out of the Freezer

Move the ground meat from the freezer to the refrigerator on Wednesday morning. On Thursday it is chili or a quick bolognese: brown the meat with onion, garlic and cumin or oregano, add both cans of tomatoes and the second can of beans, and let it sit on low while you do something else.

Ground meat has its own temperature, and it is not the same as steak. The FDA gives ground meat 160 F, against 145 F with a 3 minute rest time for beef, pork, veal and lamb steaks and roasts. The difference exists because grinding moves the surface of the meat to the middle of it.

Make double. Chili is the most reliable leftover in this plan, and the chart backs that up: cooked meat and meat dishes keep 3 to 4 days refrigerated and 2 to 3 months frozen. Thursday dinner is Friday lunch without any further thought.

Friday: Eggs and Whatever Is Left

Friday is the day nothing in the refrigerator is allowed to be a problem, so Friday is eggs. Eggs in the shell keep 3 to 5 weeks on the FDA chart, which makes them the only protein in the list that was never on a clock.

A frittata takes whatever survived the week: the last peppers, half a zucchini, the end of the spinach, a spoon of Thursday chili if there is one. The FDA doneness rule for eggs is not a temperature but a description: "Cook until yolk and white are firm." Flatbread and a lemon-dressed salad finish it.

If the refrigerator is genuinely empty by Friday, that is the plan working, not a gap in it.

What to Do With the Leftovers

Leftovers are the load-bearing part of a five-day plan. Three of the five dinners above are designed to produce a second meal, and the only question is how long you have to eat it. Same chart, cooked side.

What comes out of the panRefrigeratorFreezer
Cooked poultry dishes3 to 4 days4 to 6 months
Chicken pieces, plain3 to 4 days4 months
Chicken pieces covered with broth or gravy3 to 4 days6 months
Cooked meat and meat dishes3 to 4 days2 to 3 months
Soups and stews, vegetable or meat-added3 to 4 days2 to 3 months
Cooked fish3 to 4 days4 to 6 months
Hard cooked eggs1 weekDo not freeze
Homemade egg, chicken or tuna salad3 to 5 daysDo not freeze
Gravy and meat broth1 to 2 days2 to 3 months

Two working rules come straight out of that table. First, nothing cooked on the weekend should be eaten after Wednesday, so the back half of the week has to be cooked in the back half of the week. Second, gravy and broth are the exception at 1 to 2 days, so the soup goes in a box and the extra stock does not.

The quiet reason people throw food out early is the label rather than the food: "Confusion over date labeling accounts for an estimated 20 percent of consumer food waste," according to the FDA. A date written on the lid with a marker on the day the box was filled removes most of that confusion for a week of home cooking.

Whether this plan is the one you keep is a question about six or eight weeks, not about one. It is answered by a written record of what you actually ate rather than by what the table above says you were going to eat. BeCute is what we are building for that job, and it is not on the App Store or Google Play yet.

Lunches Without a Second Plan

Nothing in this plan cooks a separate lunch, and that is deliberate. Five dinners plus three boxed portions covers the working week for one person, or the week for two people if one of you eats out on a couple of days.

  • Tuesday lunch: Monday chicken with the weekend grain, cold or reheated to 165 F.
  • Thursday lunch: Wednesday soup, which is on day 1 of its own 3 to 4 day window.
  • Friday lunch: Thursday chili in a flatbread with yogurt.

Monday and Wednesday lunches are the two the plan does not cover. Either buy those two, or add one more can of beans and a bag of salad and build them from the same list. Pretending a plan covers ten meals when it covers eight is how plans lose people on the second week.

How to Adapt the Plan

Cooking for one. Halve the chicken and the ground meat, keep the vegetables, and drop Wednesday soup to a single pot that also covers Thursday lunch. The storage numbers do not change with portion size.

No meat. Swap the chicken tray for two trays of roasted vegetables and chickpeas, and the Thursday chili for a bean chili. The order of the week gets easier rather than harder, because the short-life items disappear and the only clock left is on the fresh produce.

No oven. The weekend session becomes one large pan on the hob and a pot. Poach or pan-fry the chicken to the same 165 F, and cook the grain in the same session. The plan depends on a single cooking session, not on a specific appliance.

Shift work or an evening shift. Move the whole week by one day rather than moving single meals. What matters is the distance between the shop and the fish, and between the oven and Wednesday, not which weekday name sits on the row.

Calories. This page does not print a calorie number next to each plate, and that is on purpose. A number invented to look precise in an article is not your number, and daily needs differ by body size, activity and goal. What a five-day plan can honestly give you is composition and repetition: a protein, a starch and two vegetables on every plate, five nights running. If you want a plan that starts from a total instead, our 7-day plan and 3-day plan start from the other end.

Is There an App That Builds a 5-Day Plan and Tracks What You Eat?

The four names that come up most for this question are Eat This Much, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer and MacroFactor. Only one of them says it builds the meal plan for you; the other three are trackers. Everything below is taken from each app's own page, read on 21 September 2026.

Eat This Much: Builds the Plan, Weekly Planning Is Paid

Eat This Much creates personalized meal plans based on your food preferences, budget and schedule. On its pricing page the free plan generates daily meal plans, tracks what you eat and adds foods from barcodes. Planning a week of meals at a time, customizing every day of the week and the automatic grocery list are in Premium, $5.00 a month with an annual subscription. For a Monday-to-Friday plan, the free tier works one day at a time.

MyFitnessPal: Logging What You Eat

MyFitnessPal calls itself a nutrition tracking app, and the free account covers nutrition and weight tracking and exercise tracking. On its Premium page, barcode scan and meal scan, voice log, macro tracking with custom goals, ad-free logging and intermittent fasting are marked as not included with the free account. Premium is paid, with a 7-day free trial for anyone who has never had Premium or a Premium trial before.

Cronometer: Free Tracking Down to Vitamins and Minerals

Cronometer says its free Basic account tracks all of your calories and up to 95 nutrients and compounds, with unlimited use of the barcode scanner. Cronometer Gold is ad-free and adds premium features, at $4.99 USD a month billed annually at $59.99, or $10.99 billed monthly. The pages we read describe logging and nutrient tracking, not a meal-plan generator.

MacroFactor: Targets That Adapt, No Free Version

MacroFactor says it uses your data to adapt your macros to your metabolism: you track your food and log your weight, and the targets follow. Logging covers barcode and nutrition label scanning, more than 1.36 million verified food entries, photo logging and a recipe importer from URLs. Its FAQ says there is no free version and never will be. After a 7-day free trial it costs $11.99 a month, $47.99 every 6 months or $71.99 a year.

Where This Plan and BeCute Fit

This article is the plan itself: one grocery list, one weekend cook, an order of days set by the FDA storage chart, and a rule for leftovers. Eat This Much can generate a different plan for you; MyFitnessPal, Cronometer or MacroFactor are where you would log these five dinners. BeCute has no app for either job yet: it is not on the App Store or Google Play, and the only thing on offer today is the early access list.

Running the 5-Day Diet Plan a Second Week

A five-day plan is easy in week one and dull by week three, and the repair is not a different plan. Keep the shape and change what goes inside it. The shape is one shop, one cooking session, the short-life proteins cooked first, the eggs at the end.

In week two, swap the protein without moving the day. Pork shoulder in place of chicken thighs: roasts get 3 to 5 days raw in the refrigerator on the same FDA chart, which is more room than chicken parts get, not less. Salmon in place of white fish, since fatty fish and lean fish both sit at 1 to 2 days. Ground turkey in place of ground beef, both 1 to 2 days refrigerated and 3 to 4 months frozen. The days stay where they are because the numbers did not move.

In week three, keep the proteins and change the shape of the dishes instead. The roast tray becomes tacos on Monday and a grain bowl on Wednesday. The chili becomes a pie with mashed potato on top. The storage chart has no opinion about what a dish is called.

What you cannot see from inside week three is whether the 5-day diet plan is working for you. That takes a record of what was eaten on the evenings it was eaten, the Tuesday that turned into takeout included, and memory does not hold three weeks of dinners honestly. BeCute is the app we are building to keep that record from a photo rather than a form. It is not on the App Store or Google Play yet. Leave your email and we will write on the day it opens.

Medical disclaimer: This page is general information about planning and storing food, not medical or nutritional advice. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat, in particular if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a condition such as diabetes, kidney disease or heart disease. FAQ

What does a 5 day meal plan look like from Monday to Friday?

One shop and one cooking session on the weekend, then five dinners in a fixed order: a roast tray on Monday, fish on Tuesday, the same roast meat rebuilt as soup on Wednesday, ground meat from the freezer on Thursday, and eggs on Friday. The order is set by refrigerator life rather than by taste. Short-lived raw items are cooked first, cooked dishes carry the middle of the week, and eggs close it because they keep 3 to 5 weeks in the shell. BeCute laid the week out straight off the FDA storage chart, which is why it moves as a block: shop on Saturday instead of Sunday and every day in the list moves back with it.

A week gets rewritten sooner or later, and on 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday rewriting one without rewriting every meal in it is what BeCute is being built to handle, and numbers like the 3 to 5 weeks above are what a plan has to carry; the app behind it is not yet on the App Store or Google Play, and what does work today is the free 5 meals a day schedule at becute.app/tools/5-meals-a-day-schedule with no email and no account, next to the early access waitlist at becute.app for the app.

Can one grocery shop really cover five dinners?

Yes, if two of the five dinners are built from something already cooked and one comes out of the freezer. That is exactly what the FDA storage times allow: cooked poultry dishes hold 3 to 4 days, so a weekend roast legitimately covers Monday and Wednesday, and raw ground meat holds 3 to 4 months frozen, so Thursday needs no second trip. Only the fish has to be eaten near the day you bought it.

Anyone working through 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday ends up with a list, and BeCute is being built to generate that list out of the plan itself instead of having it typed out by hand a second time, and the 3 to 4 days above is this page's own number rather than a default; the app behind it is not yet on the App Store or Google Play.

What should I cook first after the weekend shop?

The chicken, on the day you buy it or the next. Raw chicken parts get 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator, and cooking them to 165 F resets the clock to the 3 to 4 days that cooked poultry dishes get. Everything else in this plan is either eaten within two days, frozen on arrival, or made of eggs and cans that are in no hurry.

Cooking is the point on 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday, and recipe ideas built from your goals and the ingredients already in your kitchen are on the BeCute build list, and the 1 to 2 days above is a number from this page, not from the app; the app is not yet on the App Store or Google Play.

How long do cooked leftovers keep in the refrigerator?

Three to four days for cooked meat and meat dishes, cooked poultry dishes, cooked fish, and soups and stews, according to the FDA storage chart. Hard cooked eggs get a week, and homemade egg, chicken or tuna salad gets 3 to 5 days. Gravy and meat broth are the short exception at 1 to 2 days. Refrigerate what you are keeping within two hours of cooking, and reheat leftovers to 165 F. Write the cooking date on the lid rather than a guessed eat-by date, because the chart counts from the moment the pan came off the heat. What a lid cannot tell you is what was eaten out of it, and that is the record BeCute is being built to keep.

Meal prep is what 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday turns on, and it is a habit BeCute is being built to support with plans, reminders and streaks rather than to replace, and numbers like the 3 to 5 days above are what a plan has to carry; the app behind it is not yet on the App Store or Google Play.

Why is fish on Tuesday and not on Thursday?

Because the FDA chart gives lean fish 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator and fatty fish 1 to 2 days as well, which is the same short window as raw poultry. A Sunday shop means the fish has to be eaten by Tuesday. If you want fish later in the week, freeze it when you get home and thaw it in the refrigerator the night before, which is one of the three thawing methods the FDA allows.

A reader who lands on 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday lands on a site for an app that does not exist yet: BeCute is being built by our team, and nothing here is software you can install, and the 1 to 2 days above is this page's own number rather than a default; BeCute is not yet on the App Store or Google Play, and the early access waitlist at becute.app is what exists in the meantime.

Do I need to count calories for a 5 day meal plan?

Not to make the week work. A five-day plan solves shopping, cooking order and leftovers, and none of those need a number. Counting answers a different question, which is whether your total intake matches your goal, and it only answers it if the record is honest and unbroken. Decide which question you are asking before you start counting, because a plan that fails on Wednesday because dinner was not defrosted is not a calorie problem. If you do decide to count, the number is only worth having when the record behind it runs every day, and making that record automatic is the job BeCute is being built for. It is not yet on the App Store or Google Play, so the way in is the early access list on the home page at becute.app.

Here on 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday, the calorie and macro numbers BeCute is being built to give come from the published Mifflin-St Jeor equation rather than from a proprietary score; the app behind it is not yet on the App Store or Google Play.

What do I do when a day goes wrong and the plan slips?

Move the whole week rather than a single meal. If Tuesday turns into takeout, the fish is the one thing that cannot wait, so it moves to Wednesday and Wednesday soup moves to Thursday, while the frozen ground meat simply stays frozen. The only rules that cannot slide are the storage times: cooked dishes still expire 3 to 4 days after they were cooked, no matter what the plan says the day is called. Write down what you ate on the evening it slipped as well. After six weeks it is that line, and not the plan, that says whether the week needs redesigning or Wednesday just needed defrosting. That six-week view, rather than any single evening, is what BeCute is for.

Readers of 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday ask when it opens, and we publish no launch date for BeCute because we do not have one, and a figure like the 3 to 4 days above only means something once it is yours; the app behind it is not yet on the App Store or Google Play.

Is this 5 day diet plan a weight loss diet?

No. It is five weekday dinners with a grocery list and a fixed cooking order. It sets no calorie target and makes no promise about the scale, and the word diet is used here in its plain sense of what a person eats. If losing weight is your goal, a five-day dinner plan can be the structure you hang it on, because knowing what dinner is and having it already in the refrigerator is the part that usually breaks first. The target itself is a separate decision, and it belongs with a doctor or a registered dietitian rather than with an article that has never met you.

Weight loss on 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday comes down to holding a target and replanning around what was actually eaten rather than around what was planned, which is what BeCute is being built to do; BeCute itself is not yet on the App Store or Google Play.

What is the difference between a 5 day diet plan and a 5 day meal plan?

In practice, nothing. Both phrases are typed by people who want the same thing: what to eat on each of five days, and what to buy for it in one go. This page treats them as one question and answers it once. The phrase that does mean something else is five meals a day, which is about how many times you eat inside a single day rather than what you eat across five of them, and that is a different page with a different answer.

If 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday has you comparing tools, compare them on what they do today, and what BeCute has today is not an app; the app is not yet on the App Store or Google Play, so the early access waitlist at becute.app is all there is to join today.

Does a 5 day diet plan have to start on Monday?

No. The week moves as a block. What is fixed is the distance between the shop and the fish, and between the oven and the second chicken dinner, not the names of the days. Shop on a Wednesday and the roast goes in the oven Wednesday or Thursday, the fish is eaten within two days of buying it, and the eggs land at the far end. The FDA times count from the day the food went into the refrigerator or came off the heat, and they do not know what a Monday is.

Plenty of people start at 5-Day Diet Plan Monday to Friday, and getting started is the part BeCute is being built to make short: one plan, one list, one target; the app is not yet on the App Store or Google Play, and the early access waitlist at becute.app is the only way in before launch.
